Chagsi Pangkheb # TX01- This antique textile is from the remote Kingdom of Bhutan, circa 1905-1910. A similar textile is on display at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, which was gifted to Sir Charles Bell, a British diplomat while visiting Bhutan during 1905 - 1910. Description : Raw Silk over Cotton weave. Size: Length - 9 ft. 3 in., Width - 2 ft. 7 1/2 in.

Purple Kira # TX02 - Bhutan textile, circa 1948. This purple Kira is a ladies dress once worn by an officer's wife. It wraps around the body and is tied with a belt. Woven on cotton threads are silk weavings of intricate patterns all over the textile, which comes in three panels joined with invisible stitching. This Kira is very unusual and is in excellent condition. Size: Length - 7 ft. 7 ½ in., Width - 4 ft. 3 ½ in.

Antique Tibetan Carpet # TX03 - This Tibetan wool carpet has a beautiful Lotus pattern and a gorgeous flame colored background . It is one of the eight lucky Buddhist symbols and is very desirable for collectors. The dyes are all natural. This carpet came from Tibet in one of the Silk Route caravans in the early 40's to Darjeeling, a small town hidden in the Himalayan Foothills. Size: Length - 5 ft. 3 ½ in., Width - 2 ft. 7 in. SOLD

Antique Tibetan Runner Rug # TX04 - This Tibetan wool rug once belonged to a noble family of Tibet. Rugs like these are mainly used in the altar room and monatary by monks to meditate. It is in excellent condition and the colors are natural dyes. Size: Length - 11 ft. 6 ½ in., Width - 2 ft. 2 ½ in.
